Room was dirty. I checked in late and had to vacuum the room myself because I was told hotel was full. Service reps stated they could not give me a refund bc it was booked thru a third party. That is unheard off.

It was one of the cheapest, so you get what you pay for, There is only one elevator, which is quite odd for this size of hotel building, and so long waiting time. The elevator can be cleaned much better. Again, generally OK. Breakfast is ok.
