Aloft is a great, new hotel very close to the DFW airport. My only complaint is the dim hallway lighting. It was very very dark. And as a single female business traveler, I did not feel safe in those hallways. Please update the lighting.

Called before reserving confirming our vehicle could be left on site while we traveled. Was told we could keep our vehicle parked in property for a week at no cost. Went ahead and booked. Arrived and was then told there was a daily parking rate that wasn’t explained over the phone. Not worth keeping on site since the shuttle would only come every hour to pick up and drop off.
