Did not get the room we booked
We booked a double queen room months before our actual trip. However when we arrived at the hotel they told us they did not have any queen rooms available and asked if we could stay in a king just for the night and then we could be moved to a queen room the next day. We agreed and made it work. A little after getting to the room another family came to our door because they had also been put in the same room as us. They sorted that out. The next morning we went down to the front desk to see if we could switch to a queen room and they could not find our reservation at all. After contacting hotels.com they finally got us assigned to the room we were in the night before and said we would be moved to a queen room once they became available. We left for the day to go to our event and when we returned they informed us that we needed to switch rooms this morning and there were no rooms available now, even though I told them we would be gone to an event for the day. We also ran into another family dealing with a very similar situation.

The pros: Nice facility with a great attrium layout. Large comfortable room. Nice restaurant. Easy access to the highways. The cons: The bathroom has no ventilation. The shower water alternates constantly between freezing cold and scalding hot! The thermostat in the room is only cosmetic!

This hotel has roaches, not only in the room but in the pool area as well. I could never get towels and the house keeping walked in our room during our stay multiple times

Fantastic Stay
We had a great stay ! the pool and hot tub was the highlight of the trip for my kids. Robert Wolf the assistant front desk manager was amazing ! very helpful and friendly , great hospitality. The whole staff was amazing. breakfast was the best embassy suites breakfast i've had in my years of staying at embassy suites.
