Fun, friendly hotel!
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Tru! The staff was especially accomodating, helpful and friendly (especially Antonio A. and Antonio C. at the front desk!) Breakfast was good, rooms were clean; ice machine and water bottle filler were convenient to our first floor room which I appreciated. I would definitely stay here again!

This is a very nice place but has some minor issues water flow is low in sinks the toaster takes to long for so many people had to run bread three times to toast people waiting jus but two four bread toasters pancake machine was a disaster for the four inch cakes you get gave up on that machine jus buy the Texas waffle makers juice was watered down says 100 percent juice not staff was great and only one ice maker stayed two days and only got half a bucket of ice the whole time there really for a whole building and last pool was so humid couldn't even cool off needs a vent system it's a sauna in there going back to Garland in a few months might stay at Hyatt next door hope owner makes changes heard he does not like criticism but these changes will make this hotel much better.
