2 of the pillows and bed had dead bed bugs we ended up having to share a bed. No hot water in the shower at 9pm, tried again at 6am still none. Only 2 towels in room. Shower had body hair on wall and floor, and the deadbolt locks didnt work from the inside only the latch flap lock.

We only stayed one night. There was no shampoo or conditioner in the bathroom. There was no coffee in our room. There’s some mold growing in the bathroom so that needs to be looked at but other than that everything was fine for just one night they do need new beds.
