The bar wasn’t open, the staff were always smoking, i asked for an extra blanket and received it as i had to put the lining myself over the comforter and the linen was wet. the bathroom toilet had a leaking brown liquid coming from the bidet, very disgusting

Staff couldn't be more helpful, lovely restaurant and bakery next door. Gym and spa facilities at the main hotel were fantastic. Although I had checked out they allowed me to use the sauna and indoor pool prior to leaving for the airport. Will 100% return.
