Great pet friendly home

The house was just what we were looking for. Hard to find pet friendly homes and this was a good one. Cleanliness I put low because it is a pet friendly home and lots of pet hair. Thanks

Good home base

We spent 9 nights here and had a great time. The host was very good at communicating and helping us settle right in. The house was tidy and a good size for us (couple) and two small dogs. For future guests that like to cook like we do… don’t forget to bring a couple of your favorite chef knives and maybe a favorite pot and skillet or two. Good location, quiet, and we had a good time.

Delightful place

Stayed here with my elder family members. Located in a quiet neighborhood 5 minutes from Walmart which was convenient. Beds are comfy, place is clean and nicely decorated with a huge TV. The property manager was very communicative. Definitely would stay here again.

Unexpected

the house looked like the pictures but the furniture was not comfortable to sit in. There were a few problems but they were taken care of. We addressed the problem with Stirling. Sorry I can't give a good review.

Perfectly Located

Location was fantastic. Close to shopping. The house was well decorated and the furnishings were nice. Beds were comfy, however we did buy our own pillows just because all of the pillows were super poofy/thick. Would highly recommend this home though!

Cozy, clean and relaxing

First and foremost our host Sterling had excellent response to our queries. We had a WiFi issue were couldn’t use VRBO to communicate with our host however our VRBO customer service team was also professional and provided the support we needed. We were well taken cared of. As for the house very clean, full size fridge, dishwasher and electric range. We traveled for a dental procedure for my mom so having a great working blender was great. Sterling provided great recommendations locally. The beds, some of the best sleep in all our lives! So much so that we might replace our mattress with this brand. Another great plus was having access to the washer and dryer. Only cavot as with Most rentals if you’re going to cook large meals not a lot of big pots or sauté pans but we made it work. The house is a shoe free zone so make sure you have clean house shoes, I can’t be barefoot so this was a must for me. The neighborhood was great and very quiet. There an unlite walking path that we also took advantage of. The local Walmart was the best grocery store next to Sprouts that we found. We would definitely recommend and rebook this house or any Sterling manages!

The owner bent over backwards and was very appreciative of each rental. He responded in a timely manner to all communication and was very open and eager to get my recapping of the stay. It's a good rental for families and those with pets.

Weekend in Yuma

Enjoyed staying at this property. Beds were fantastic, also liked the mirrors in the bathrooms and the kitchen sink was modern and very functional. Big screen television was another great feature. Comfortable property would stay there again.

Just perfect!

Our stay at the Sanctuary was outstanding, and the accommodations well beyond our expectations! The house had everything we needed, the enclosed backyard was a hit with Lola, and the location was close to shopping. Sterling was a very responsive host. We would not hesitate to recommend the Sanctuary to anyone looking for a relaxing place to stay in Yuma. We will definitely be back!

Great place

We stayed in this fantastic home for about a week. We had our dog with us and the home was very comfortable, warm, and relaxing. Sterling was great to work with and he responded to all of our inquiries in a timely manner. We enjoyed it so much that we have already reached out to book again.
