I booked this on line with you. Motel says because I'm not a Woodward resident, they charge $200.00 deposit. I also complained before I booked with you about the rudeness at the reservation desk. My grandson Justin Wilkins is a resident, I soon will be. He is there cleaning properties for us. Please cancel this and refund to my credit card. Madge Lloyd

Looking for a place to sleep and it did not disappoint. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Yes, it’s been well used but it met my requirements. Would stay again.

The first night was better than the second due to room change. I thought I would be leaving town but did not. The bed the second night was uncomfortable and the heater/air conditioner had a bad smell to it.

Rooms were dirty, had roaches and dead bugs up against the bed frame. Just not a clean place. Customer service was fantastic though. Very nice guy.

You get what you pay for

I suppose you get what you pay for, and I would actually stay there again, but I killed two really big bugs, and the air conditioner worked OK, but was so loud that it was distracting. I'm sure not every room is that way.

Staff super friendly. We are car camping mostly so didn’t need anything fancy. This was excellent for the price and was pleasantly surprised by the breakfast!

Room was not very clean -Wiskers in/on sink, hair on floor in bathroom, something black on floor by tub. Something yellow dripping down bathroom door and also on floor. Sink in bathroom had about 3/4 inch clearance- just barely enough room to put a toothbrush under. Hard to wash hands.- I didn't want to touch under the lip of sink based on the cleanliness issues seen. Bed was comfortable and had pillow choices. Breakfast was typical, The only issues I had was the room cleanliness.

Good stay in Woodward

I had a pretty good stay at this property there in Woodward. I feel that the manager is burned out from dealing with prior difficult guests but overall I was pleased with my stay. The lobby and room was found to be in very nice condition and clean. The general property is also nice and quiet.

Awful smoke odor in non-smoking room, had to beg to change rooms. Manager claimed all rooms downstairs were smoking rooms and smoke seeped through the floor, my tough luck for using Expedia. He added that owner was trying to sell property and was not investing in it. Second room had little odor.

Nice place

Check in was easy as i had done a pre-check in before arrival. The room was clean, ammenities were available. Microwave and refrigerator were available. Bed was comfortable.

We checked in super later (like 1 am) we got to the room it smelt like someone had smoked cigarettes in there for YEARS and like it hasn’t been aired out, or cleaned. We didn’t even stay the night. We put the key card down and left. It was making us gag that’s how bad it smelled.

This location does not have a working pool, there is one on the premises but they haven't used it in years just says closed for the season. The A/C was great! There was a small gap in our door that some bugs were able to get in. The staff was friendly and the price was fair for the immediate unexpected trip we needed to make.
