We made our reservation through VRBO, got the confirmation stating Dec. 28th-Jan. 2nd. Then received an email from resortrentalpros, also confirming the same dates. Payment was made for 5 nights. I never received anything else from resortrentalpros although their website said that I should have received an email 5 days prior to our stay and another 24 hours before our stay. I called the number and left a message. On the way up to Christmas Mountain Village, I finally received the reservation confirmation email, but it had our check out date as Jan. 1st. I immediately contacted them, and again had to leave a message. Someone got back to me later that evening stating that they would be taking care of this. Then no contact. Again, I had to reach out to them, leave a message and when they got back to me, it was the same thing, "We're taking care of this." Finally the day before the new check out date, they contacted me and stated that they were unable to get us that night, but would reimburse us. I have yet to be reimbursed. Resort rental pros had terrible communication, and obviously mismanagement. I realize that this is not your issue, but as they were the third party, that we worked with after getting our vacation rental through you, I thought you should be aware.
