Fantastic house!

What a great place to come home to after wining and dining all day. We enjoyed the pool and fire pit along with a well equipped kitchen that we made a fantastic dinner in. Would definitely return. The only downside was dealing with Vacasa vs an actual owner. I had a few questions that dealing with a person vs an auto generated email would have been helpful.

Family get together

This property is stunning. It is equipped with everything you need and more both inside and outside. It's is very clean and the beds are super comfortable. We stayed here in August and the pool was perfect temperature to play in all day. We loved the pool house and having cocktails around the fire pit. We would definitely stay here again.

Wine country get away

We had an amazing time at this stunning property!! Beautifully decorated!! The kitchen was well stocked with lots of amenities. We spent a lot of time in the back yard swimming and reminiscing by the fire. Love our trip and will definitely stay again!

Beautiful home and location

We stayed with friends for 2 nights and we all enjoyed the house so much. I only have 2 issues, and they certainly are not deal breakers and I still give the property 5 stars, but it would have been nice to have a home instruction manual. We couldn't get the fireplace to work, not did we know there was a key to the pool house that had a peleton. It would have been nice to have had access to that room.

A five-star stay with one caveat

This home was spectacular for my sister’s 50th birthday trip! Everything about the home felt luxe and comfortable. We made use of the fire pit and pool every day. The little details like the wine fridge and and having some extra spices that previous guests had left made prepping our breakfasts super easy. If you’re traveling in and plan on cooking, no need to buy olive oil/ salt & pepper, etc. There are a lot of kitchen items to use and all the pots and pans you could ever need! Super enjoyable rental and so convenient for getting around wine country- we hope to be back! A word of caution: The home is listed as “no pets” and there was definitely a dog bowl/dog treats in the closet and the seat at the end of our bed had animal hair on it. I’m wildly allergic to dogs so initially I freaked out, but using my inhalers and allergy meds helped. I guess that’s the risk with a rental where no one is checking you in. Some people may not care about house rules but it could have been a huge problem for my lungs. I hope that Vacasa does a better job of monitoring animals or being clear if the owner of the home has any animals.

Great house!

The house was very clean, beautifully decorated and very well equipped. We were very comfortable and really loved the private back yard and pool area. Fans were provided for 2 of the main floor bedrooms but could have used one more as it did get a little warm at night (although certainly not unbearable)

Beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood

I’ll start by saying the overall experience was pleasant. Our families enjoyed the pool, the additional movie area in the pool house and the spaciousness of the property. I was not able to get house rules until I booked the VRBO (even after contacting the host). When booking, the site states that once you’ve booked, you cannot get a full refund, because we were booking within three weeks of the trip. The place looked so appealing that we jumped for it. Once we received the house rules, we had second thoughts, but if we cancelled, we would only get 1/2 our money back. Quiet hours are stated at 10 pm. Once receiving the booking info, the rules state 9 pm and quiet hours literally mean no activities outside, even if quiet. During the summer, it doesn’t get dark until 9:30 pm. Why have a fire pit offered, if you can’t even use it? There was always a rush after pool time to get dinner made and still have time to enjoy the rest of the property before having to go inside for the night. The house is wonderful. It is stocked with everyday needs: towels, most kitchen appliances, pantry basics, bedding, extra blankets. The pool does not disappoint- it is as beautiful as indicated. The pool house also stores lots of blow up pool floats and a plug-in air pump.

Beautiful new/renovated home

This house was simply spectacular - brand new/recently renovated house with large backyard/pool area that is great for groups/entertaining. Great layout with bedrooms at the end of the house and an open kitchen/family room that comfortably accommodated group gatherings. Pool house and pool deck provided additional gathering space making for an amazing weekend for a group of friends celebrating a 50th birthday. A great house that I would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again while exploring Sonoma wine country.

Our group of graduating loved our stay at Herb Ranch. The kids loved the pool and pool house. Everything in the house was new and tastefully decorated. There was plenty of space for everyone to enjoy.

Beautiful windsor home!

We rented this home for a girls trip. The house was absolutely amazing and beautiful. I initially was concerned with it being four bedrooms 3.5 baths at 1365 sq feet-but the home definitely felt much bigger the backyard was absolutely gorgeous and the rooms were big bright and beautiful and easily accommodated our party of 10!

Worth every penny!

We stayed here for our wedding weekend in Healdsburg, along with our two boys (13, 9). It was the perfect, relaxing, large space with a fantastic pool and comfortable well appointed and stocked house. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location is close to downtown Windsor and hotels where our guests stayed and Healdsburg, with easy access to the 101. We live in driving distance and would absolutely stay here for another getaway locally to have a lovely home base from which to explore and enjoy the area. It was lovely for our wedding being able to shuttle back and forth to have a few family and friends visit during the day, hang out by the pool and share meals. Very relaxing spot as well. Thank you for a wonderful stay!!!

Fantastic house with everything you need!

Stunning home. Great for large groups with many areas for friends and family to congregate. Outdoor space was amazing - heated pool and pool house areas were fantastic. The rooms are spacious and has great open floor plan. Would stay again!
