Don’t advertise the amenity of having a hot tub and then call a few hours before your guest arrive informing them it doesn’t work. You basically forced us to stay at that point because we didn’t have time to make other arrangements. I appreciate the fact you offered a discount, but it doesn’t change WHY we wanted to stay at your house in the first place

Nice location. Quaint, secluded cabin with a good view. Unfortunately, the hot tub was not operational during our stay. The rental agency indicated that it was a known issue, which was perplexing, as the listing was advertised as having a hot tub during the time of our booking. The agency did offer to provide a rate adjustment. But I had to feel sorry for the party checking in the day that we left, seeing as how the hot tub still isn’t repaired. Also, be warned: the bed in the upstairs master bedroom is extremely hard. Better bring a pillow topper if you’re sensitive to rigid mattresses.

The Views are incredible!

Overall the place was incredible. I was blown away at the view. The outdoor space is great and provided many things to do and again the VIEW was just incredible. We enjoyed looking at the stars and enjoying the peaceful surrounding. The house is exactly as described and we were very pleased with all of it.

Nice getaway.

Great location off the beaten path but close enough to shops and restaurants. The "rock" painting was very creative and looks awesome in the outdoor garden. The weather was cold and rainy but we were able to enjoy the hot tub and see some beautiful evening skies. The management was helpful and very good about communicating!
