Enjoy long summer nights on the lighted back deck of this 4 bedroom cottage located on Mineral Springs Avenue in the Park.

FIRST FLOOR: A wrap around covered porch leads you into a large open living room and dining area; kitchen with a refrigerator, stove, and dishwasher, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker; and half bath. Cable TV with DVD/VCR.

SECOND FLOOR: full bath with bathtub and shower combination; 3 bedrooms – a bedroom with 2 twin beds and 2 bedrooms with a twin in each; full-size washer and dryer.

THIRD FLOOR: A spacious large bedroom with queen size bed.

Hillcrest sleeps up to six. This is a non-smoking cottage. Cats only permitted for a non-refundable pet fee. Charcoal grill. WiFi is available at Hillcrest, but cannot be guaranteed.
