I booked this vrbo 45 days in advance of a trip I planned to take my children to Busch Gardens on New Years Eve. I got no responses to my messages to the host, so called the host early in the day to be sure all was well. He assured me that all was well and there was nothing needed for check in, just to arrive before 10:30p. We stayed at the park until it closed at 10p and then headed to check in only to find that there was actually no reservation for us. At that point, everything was booked and we were stranded. We had to drive home on New Year’s Eve, a 3 hour drive. This property does not deal with VRBO. Don’t book!! It’s a scam!!!!
