Overall a pleasant stay

The first room we got checked into had fleas, but we contacted the front desk and they were able to put us into another newly renovated unit which was much nicer, had a better view and was very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful and they compensated the issue with the room by waving the resort fees and giving us a gift card.

Outstanding!

Our condo was recently renovated and it was perfect. Resort was awesome, lots of activities for kids and the whole family. Beautiful grounds and pool. Perfect location—Resort is minutes from Busch Gardens, Water Country and the outlets. Check in process was flawless and the staff was wonderful. 10 out of 10!! We’ll be back next year!!

Extremely Nice, Quiet, Safe Family Spot

Great property with a lot of free amenities. Really enjoyed the isolated nature of it despite it being close to everything. You can definitely feel safe letting your teens roam around and find things to do. Lots of basketball, mini golf, swimming, arcade games, and Pickle Ball. Very clean property with amazing staff. I would definitely go again.
