Very nicely done and a great deal for the money. Our 10-year old daughter loved her bed in the loft and I could have managed there myself even though I'm 6' tall and the ceiling there is probably only about 4'. The view from the cabin wasn't great but we could see the mountains from very close to the cabin and it was only about a 30 minute drive to the Grand Canyon, Bright Angel trail head. Everything looked pretty new and almost everything worked well. To get to the cabin you have to drive about 1/2 mile down a semi-rough dirt road--fine for most cars but perhaps not great for some. The heat/AC unit took a bit of effort to figure out but worked great when combined with the fan. The TV was large and worked fine. The internet was good, but slow for short periods. One window didn't quite close but that didn't affect the temperature inside. The fridge was pretty large for a mini and the microwave worked well. We also made good use of one of the two on-site grills. The shower water flow was low, but I liked that. During our stay many hotels in the park were closed due to a lack of water.
