    This property was big and beautiful and had everything we needed. There was plenty of room for our party of 9. The only thing we were disappointed with was that we thought there was going to be a tent as indicated in the pictures, but there wasnt.

    Great building and property but not actively managed. Voiced some concerns to the host but didn’t receive a reply at all except automated messages. Some significant parts of the property weren’t as represented. For example, the picturesque tent camp site in the backyard we showed our birthday toddler and cousins wasn’t there at all. We contacted the host and they ignored the issue entirely and didn’t even respond so we had to go get our own to keep the kids happy. Same thing when we told them the Roku in the movie theater didn’t work and we couldn’t watch movies there- no response. There’s also barely anything on the walls and the whole place is really light on decor. The furniture selection was also poor, with all the rooms having queen beds instead of king beds (including the master bedroom!) All the TVs on the wall were lower market Walmart brands and the kids den didn’t have one. All the towels were too small though there were enough of them at least. One of the rugs was very slippery and instead of using a carpet pad they just put the furniture legs on top of it. The place was mostly clean but we found contact lenses stuck to the wall in the bedroom and some used glasses in the backyard but it could have been a same day clean which sometimes things slip through the cracks. We did love the house and plan of course but were frustrated by being ignored and the lackluster management experience. Lots of room for improvement, speaking as people who also host vacation rentals!

    rooms are great, the tv room controls are difficult to manage, no coffee maker, no pool towels, no vaccum machine

    Amazing property…

    The house itself was truly amazing. The location is great too. It was clean and most of the items worked. We struggled a little with operating the dishwasher, but mostly got it to work. The pool was nice, but could not get the hot tub hot enough to really use. Overall a pretty positive experience and would recommend.

    My amazing time in Vancouver

    I’ve got the price page to stay at this beautiful home in Vancouver. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. The house went above and beyond my expectations as I felt like I was living in paradise for the weekend. May as the host made this stay even better as she was very nice and responsive. I would highly recommend anyone to stay at this house with May as their host as she is easily the best host ever.
