This property was perfect for our group of 7 for 5 nights, it was clean and very cozy and had everything we needed from comfortable beds and pillows to a well stocked kitchen. The outdoor spaces are what makes this home stand out from others and you won't be disappointed! The pool, the canal and the various seating options were all inviting, as a bonus the neighborhood was very quiet. Highly recommended!!

Just what we needed

Wonderful home in which to gather, break bread, have fun!

A group of cousins, we take a yearly trip, and this home was perfect. So inviting and pleasing to the eye. Kitchen well stocked. The set up, including the pool and tiki hut, makes for a wonderful weekend getaway. There were a few minor issues that were resolved with a text. Thanks to Khai for always being available to us. Easy parking. Good location. Recommend.

Amazing time!

This Artsy property is amazing! The kitchen is huge with a lot of space to cook and entertain. There are TONS of seating options inside and outside. The canal that runs behind the property has a lot of wild life to watch as you have your morning coffee or you could just relax by the pool. We had a group of six and everyone was impressed with how clean and inviting the space is. We would definitely stay again!

Incredible stay

The process to book the house and getting in and out was so smooth. The house itself was so nicely furnished and catered to exactly what we were looking for. From the pool and bar to the seating by the water, everything was thought through to have guests have a great experience. Would recommend this house to anyone!

Amazing backyard

We enjoyed our stay in West Palm Beach. The house was very nice, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on 1 side of the house and then 2 bedrooms and another bathroom on the other side so it's perfect for privacy. Kitchen was very well stocked. The backyard is amazing - house is on the canal, the pool is enclosed so there aren't any bugs, there is a putting green, lots of seating and the wildlife was so fun. We went to the beach one day, parked at the Lantana municiple parking lot and we went to the zoo another day. Sunrises and sunsets are beautiful.

Fun family house

Spacious house in a nice neighborhood. So many thoughtful details and very well stocked. Plus a Florida vacation vibe…pool, tiki hut, decor. Lovely welcome trays in bedrooms. Owner and manager went above and beyond to attend to our needs.

Lovely home for family getaway

We stayed here this past week with our family for a wedding. We have family from all over the country and it was lovely for everyone to spend time together in such a fun house. There was more than enough room for us all to be together and many places for some separate time as well! The kids loved fishing and the pool and played lots of mini golf! The host was very kind and helpful and we enjoyed our stay! Thanks again!

Friends Head to West Palm Beach

This property was awesome. It was very spacious and perfect for our group of 6 adults. The pictures describe it well. Check in was very easy, the location worked for us, and Khai the property manager was very helpful and easy to communicate with. We especially enjoyed the outdoor space. We spent most of our time in the pool, the Tiki, the deck and mini golf area. We even spoke with a few people floating by on a fishing boat. The only things of concern are where the main deck met the lower deck. There is a single step down (no problem) but we had to step over a strip of loose rock to get to the step. This could be a trip hazzard especially at night when the light is dim. The hose or the water spicket at the back of the house had a leak and water pooled up on the patio. Again, no big deal just bringing it to attention of property owner. We highly recommend this property and will stay again.

Good but…

The house is in a great location. House is clean and large. Should be known that pool is salt water. Third bathroom has hot water issue and takes FOREVER to get hot. We packed up cars for most part at night and sprinklers came on around 9pm. Would be better if they came on later to avoid guests getting wet. All in all we would stay again

Family week away

We spent a week at the home. It was described accurately. The residence is in pristine condition. There was ample room for seven adults and three young children. The pool was wonderful for the children to play in. The house itself was well equipped. Everything that you could need was included. The TVs were wonderful under the Palapa as well as near the bar. The rooms were very spacious. The bathrooms were well equipped, and very clean. All the furniture was updated in excellent condition. Dealing with management was wonderful. They came by initially to set up the TVs. They were very accommodating. They gave us a pack and play as well as a highchair for a Grandchildren. I would highly recommend this property. Dealing with the owners as well as management was a very good experience. I would give this eight out of five stars if possible.

Christmas Trip

Overall I would recommend this property to anyone. There are plenty of things to do to keep people of all ages busy. Also the communication with the property manager was exceptional. We were able to get in a little early and enjoy the heated pool as Florida had cold weather coming in later in the week. I would look forward to booking this place again.

Just as advertised

We were in town for a baseball tournament - and this property had everything we needed to relax after a day in the sun. Pool, tiki bar, outdoor dining, fishing in canal, etc. all accurately depicted in the listing. Property manager was attentive when needed but otherwise remained out of our way. Highly recommended.

Family Vacation

My husband and I and our 3 college students had a great time at Forest Hill Hideaway! Easy communication/checkin/checkout with the property manager, Khai! Everyone had plenty of space and privacy and the pool was a huge hit! It was so conveniently located...everywhere we wanted to go was within a 20 minute drive! The home was fabulous and we would definitely stay again!

Amazing spot!
