Great Long Weekend

Property was immaculately maintained and clean. Very well equipped and comfortable. Near restaurants, 2 playgrounds nearby with nice equipment for children of all ages.Safe neighborhood and street parking was readily available.Will definitely book again for next trip to DC!

Basement apartment with competitive on-street parking

The place is very clean with modern appliances. But we stayed one of four nights, then paid for a hotel. Why? The ad did not say basement (the pic shows a street level entrance) with no daylight and no lamps, just blazing overhead lighting in a stark white room or pitch black. The misleading ad said "parking available" - meaning only on the street and impossible to get in Georgetown. Paid lots are blocks away. We spent over 2000 for four days and stayed one. There was a useless coffee table made of rope, lexan chairs, and other "hip" decor. I didn't enjoy writing a poor review. Others might love the place.

Comfortable place

The location is unbeatable. At the edge of Georgetown. Restaurants and cafés all around. Modern place with state of the art Appliances, bathroom and comfortable bedrooms. Very spacious living/dinning room.

Family Trip

The place is beautiful, comfortable, clean and in a great location to the Metro. The only caution I would say is based on the fact that my mom had a leg injury prior to arrival. Due to the location of the downstairs steps to the apartment you may need to consider something with easier access.

Great place in DC

This was a wonderful property with easy access to everything we wanted in DC. Nice and clean with enough space for my family. Access to public transportation was easy with multiple nearby stops on various routes around the city. The neighborhood was beautiful and we felt safe walking around and waiting for buses. Overall this was a great place to stay for a family trip to DC.

Gorgeous spot in great location.

We were so happy to stay at this great spot. The apartment was gorgeous, updated and in an amazing location. We were visiting our niece at Georgetown and so glad to be in walking distance from all of the shops, restaurants and the university.
