Cool location, noisy neighbors!

Loved how clean the place was, loved that it was close to downtown area, but had the noisiest neighbors to deal with! The listing did NOT describ that it was a 4plex to start, it was advertised as if you has 2300 sq ft to yourself when in reality youre stuck to less than 800 sq ft. Consistently heard doors slamming, footsteps, noise through walls, neighbor screaming or yelling at both their kids and dog at 7 AM on a weekday. We both barely slept because of the noise, tiny beds, and NO AC! If there was no AC, at the very least provide a WORKING Fan for airflow because not only was it hot, it also reaked of crab due to the area. I will not stay at another place like this. We wanted privacy and this was nothing private of the sort. Wish i would have left home instead of staying here at this point to keep my money from how uncomfortable it was. Sorry, but there was absolutely no warning about being stuck in a 4 plex otherwise, id rather stay in a hotel for how mu h we spent.

Two night stop. Place is nice and right on the bay. Trail to bay beach from backyard. There is no dining table, bar is useable for meals. Beds comfy. Good syay

Terrible checkin process and stains on pillows but good location for crabbing

Arrived at property and maid was still cleaning house. Waited 30 mins to get in because we arrived early. (Not a big deal) Waited another 30 minutes past the check-in time and were told they were running behind due to last tenants checking out late. Also, told that towels would be in dryer and beds were still being made. This made for a rough start to our trip. We left and came back two hours later to find stains on both bedroom sets of pillows. Although house is in a great location we will not be back to stay.

Small Town Feel

Updated home with 2 separate apartments near the docks. Apartment was well stocked and had everything we needed. Walking distance to the docks which was fun and we were able to rent crabbing gear/licenses on site - so fun! Neighbor was friendly and helpful. Check in/out was simple other than we weren't sure which unit was ours and we arrived late so it was dark. We felt bad walking around checking random doors as there were other tenants. Property management company never got back to us when we had questions regarding waste management.

Will stay here again!

We loved staying at this Vacasa. We could see the bridge over the bay from the back windows. Right by the park and down the road from the grocery store. The kitchen has a blender, hot water boiler, and a pizza cutter. Soaps were provided. The washer and dryer were included. Games in the closet. Netflix on TV. 2 TV trays in the closet by the front door. Kids dishes, scissors, foil and sandwich bags, the kitchen just felt so well stocked. Extra linens and towels. Blankets, heaters and fans.

Gorgeous view from the kitchen. We sat on the barstools night of July 3 and watched people’s personal fireworks from the kitchen. The laminate floors were great for the dogs. Kitchen had what we needed. We had a wonderful time and would rent there again.

we loved the space, comfortable, subtle decor.. fantastic kitchen! We did a lot of cooking and loved the amenities and the big windows with bay bridge view. bayside beach and the Salty Dawg are right there! Would stay again!
