Visit with family

We came to visit family who live in the Viroqua area and enjoyed our time. The house has a convenient location and has everything you could need. We cooked a large family meal, the kitchen had all the supplies we needed. We felt at home during our stay. The host was quick with communication. We will stay again

A Pleasent Place to Stay

The cozy cottage sits on the corner of a heavily traveled highway and intersection, so expect quite a bit of truck and car traffic noise. The kitchen was well stocked for preparing meals, but no dishwasher. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom had great water pressure. The outdoor deck area was very nice but could use more seating and an eating area for those sunny days. Over all it was a good value for our use.

Great Little Place

We needed a place to stay while visiting family and this place served the purpose. We were encouraged by the reviews that said it was really clean and those were not misleading. The place was modest and clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The only *minor* complaint is about the mattress pad on the queen. It sounds like you are sleeping on a bag of chips and makes a ton of crinkling noise any time you move. Because It’s obviously plastic, it also makes you super hot (even when not turned on.) My husband and I found it very annoying and uncomfortable. Also, in regards to the traffic, it does sit next to a major street, but we found it super convenient and the traffic noise did not bother us. We did have a minor issue checking in but Chelsey was super responsive and it was taken care of quickly. We would recommend this place to anyone staying in the area.

We stayed a couple of nights while we were fishing in the area. The home was clean, bright, and very comfortable. Communication with the proprietor was spot-on. The location was easy to find and parking was easy. We will definitely return!!

We absolutely loved staying here! It was even cuter than the pictures. The location is perfect between Westby and Viroqua. Absolutely loved it and we will definitely be staying here again with our family!

Central Location in the Driftless

Chelsey's property was the perfect central location for our driftless trout trip. There was some traffic noise from the highway but the convivence of easy highway access made it bearable. The rental was clean upon arrival and we would gladly stay again if we are in the area.

Vernon Visit

Great little place! The cottage was perfect for a short stay!! We found the beds to not be as sturdy and comfortable as we had hoped. All the appliances, washer/dryer, kitchen needs were met!! It was really very cozy. The traffic was the one disappointment although we got used to it. Thank you for our stay!!’

Great little house

The house was very comfortable and cute. The kitchen had everything we needed. We had a great time visiting the Shrine of Guadalupe, the farmers market and Driftless cafe! It was a wonderful stay!

Three Chimney Cottage

We were impressed with the cleanliness as soon as we walked in. Everything we needed was there. Easy check in and out. Loved the extra touches with the board games to play and TV Wi-Fi for streaming. We will definitely be back!

Great stay!!

We absolutely loved this property! The communication was excellent. We did not spend too much time in the home as we had a wedding, but it was wonderful and I highly recommend. My only suggestion is to get a basic first aid kit! I hit my hand and couldn’t find a bandaid, but that was the only thing. Still 11/10.

Practical

Technically everything is fine with the rental. If you are just in the area for a sports tournament, or family event and just need a place to stay, this will do the job. If you are looking for a lovely country retreat in a beautiful part of WI, it is not. You have an immediate neighbor to the west, a loud 4 lane divided highway to the east and a junkyard directly behind. But thoase are aesthetic concerns. The location is convenient, but not pretty. The only real weak area is the bathroom door. It is a sliding barn door type thing and it leaves a 1" gap on all edges and unless I missed something, it cannot lock. You you all better be real familiar with each other.
