Perched above the Sea of Cortez inside the gated enclave of Cabo Vinorama, the villa sits midway between San José del Cabo and Cabo Pulmo. Elevated and immersed in nature, it offers wide horizons, calm surroundings, and a slower rhythm of life — with modern comforts throughout.

Air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi, smart TVs, and fully equipped kitchens ensure comfort, while the setting invites you to unplug and unwind. Casa del Mar is best enjoyed over several days, allowing time to settle in and fully experience Baja’s desert-meets-sea landscape.

Casa del Mar accommodates up to 8 adults plus children and offers approximately 2,900 sq ft (270 m²) of indoor living space, along with multiple terraces, gardens, and shared outdoor areas.

Grand Horizon Loft – 1,400 sq ft (Upper Level)

The primary gathering space with full kitchen and large island, spacious living room with panoramic views, king bedroom with en-suite bath and dressing area, two private terraces, and direct access to the yoga deck and infinity pool.

Serenity Loft – 580 sq ft

King bed, kitchenette with dining bar, sofa seating, en-suite bath, and private terrace near the jacuzzi.

Getting Here

Casa del Mar is about 40–50 minutes from San José del Cabo via the scenic East Cape coastal road. The final stretch is unpaved and part of the adventure. We meet guests at the Cabo Vinorama gate and guide you to the villa within the gated community.
