We had a great stay at this property in Victoria. The unit was clean and comfortable for two couples and was in walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go.Check-in / check-out was easy and straightforward and the host sent a bunch of great information regarding local shops, grocery, restaurants, etc.We would definitely recommend this place and would book again for a future trip to Victoria.

Beautiful apartment with very comfortable beds and nice open space in the living room and kitchen. Walkable location to many points of interest. Holly was a great communicator and responded to my questions quickly. Highly recommend staying here.

Great place to stay.

Excellent amenities. Great Central location in a quiet neighborhood. Very clean suite with large kitchen dining room and bathroom. Host was available for any enquiries and was very helpful.

We had a fantastic stay here. Upon arrival, check in was a breeze and the place was incredibly clean. It was our first time in Victoria and we were thrilled to be in such a quiet location, yet walkable to all of the best of Victoria. Evening walks in the neighborhood were enjoyable as well! The beds, linens and pillows were comfortable and everything was well stocked for a fantastic stay! The kitchen was big with full size appliances and well stocked with everything you could need. Spacious bathroom and nice shower head and water pressure. We parked our vehicle out back. Our host was available if needed. We thoroughly enjoyed everything! :)

Visit to Victoria

Super clean and comfortable, this suite was centrally located allowing us to walk to many of the places we wanted to visit. Easy to find, easy to park, easy to check in and communicate with the owner. Overall a great stay, will definitely look to stay here again.

Victorias charm

Perfect location. , easy walking distance to shops , parks , restaurants, owners were there when I arrived and Holly is lovely , I’d definitely recommend this place, and would stay here again .

What a wonderful vacation rental. The building is beautifully situated on a quiet street but is still close to downtown Victoria. The unit is light, spacious, and well decorated. The kitchen appliances and utensils are high quality. Holly is offering a lovely property.

Great property. Check in/out was super easy. We will definitely stay again.

The property was perfect for what we needed. It was clean and well stocked, and the owner was was very attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. The property was bigger than we originally thought, had parking and was in a very quiet neighborhood. We felt at home and will definitely stay there again.

Great place

The suite was just like it was advertised. It was very roomy, well stocked and very comfortable. The location was perfect, walked, down to the water every morning. Cook street village is great for a morning coffee. We highly recommend.

This newly updated property is beautiful! It does not look or feel like a basement. It is easy to get to - good location. The beds are comfortable- not ce towels- beautiful stove. The amenities supplied are superb. I would stay here again and would recommend it. Holly communicates well with quick responses.

Comfortable/Great Location!

We enjoyed our stay! So close to downtown, within walking distance of groceries. We were a little concerned about having our family of four stay in a studio style flat, but it was infinitely more comfortable than a hotel at a fraction of the price. The “master” portion of the flat can be separated from the living area by a curtain, which made for clever and efficient sleeping arrangements. We will definitely look to stay here when we return to Victoria!
