Located less than a block from Beacon Hill Park and only a short walk to picturesque Cook Street Village. Discover delightful boutiques and enjoy delicious meals, all conveniently located close to your cozy retreat!

This 2022 newly renovated and tastefully decorated fully furnished studio suite, located in a carriage home on the premises of a primary residence, provides a special and secluded space for short-term stays of at least 30 days, establishing a cozy and welcoming ambiance. Please note that there is also an upstairs suite in the carriage home that is permanently rented, so some noise from the upper unit may be heard during your stay.

The well-appointed kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances and various amenities to ensure you have everything necessary to whip up your culinary creations!
The suite features a work desk for those who want to work from home as well as a smart TV.

The suite shares the laundry room with the main home. The laundry room has a separate entrance.

Well-Equiped Coach House In Prime Location

This coach House is superbly equiped with comfortable furniture and kitchen utensils. Situated a block from Beacon Hill Park, the location couldn't be better for access to downtown and the ocean. Our only complaint was the monitoring of the electric meter for heat. The month we stayed here, May, was particularly cold and not a lot of light enters the coach house. Our contract stated that we were only allowed to consume 70.00 of electricity a month. We asked for a meter reading at the beginning of our stay but were never given one. As a result, because we had no idea of our consumption, we were often not as warm as we would have liked.
Stayed 30 nights in May 2025
