Homeless sleeping in the lobby. A leaky ceiling in the bathroom water all over the floor and sink soaked all the amenities. We checked in late my 85 year old mother was too tired to change rooms after a long travel day so we just caught a few hours of sleep on yellowed sheets quite disgusting would never imagined this was a whydham property

This property feels very neglected and bare bones. A lunch bag breakfast was a real low rate in my book. Travelodge needs to take some funds out of the onwards pickets and invest in their properties. I would not stay here again. Broken window in #713, mold around the window caulking, the window so dirty it was hard to see out of. The mattresses were comfortable but the top two blankets were in hard need of a change out. I was disappointed in this property.

When checking out at 7am on 4/24, I needed to take a paper invoice to report to the company, but the front desk staff had a bad attitude and said that I could download it from the Internet or wait 10 minutes for the manager to come and ask the manager for it! I have been to restaurants in more than 40 countries and have never encountered such service staff! Unwilling to give invoice when checking out! Very arrogant and with a bad attitude! I am not happy about this either!

The room was from when it first opened way back when. The carpets were so old and huge stains everywhere. Mold growing in the shower. Ripping wallpaper. Smell was atrocious, like mildew and mold. I WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN!! or recommend to ANYONE!!!! And I'll never get any money back. BE AWARE DO NOT STAY HERE!!

The hotel room has furniture that are so old and scarred, probably even the Salvation Army stores would not stock them! Incredibly decrepit property for the Wyndham brand.

I have stayed there before although the last time was about 8-9 months ago. Something new this time was a sign at reception saying guests had to pay a per night parking fee or risk getting a ticket. That was definitely not there last time and I didn't even notice the sign until I checked out. Funny it wasn't mentioned upon check in. I didn't get a ticket and wonder who would be issuing the ticket? The hotel? The city? Or is it a scam hoping people will read the sign and then pay which would be nothing more than bonus money for the hotel? In any case it's ridiculous. They have a huge parking for probably 200 cars and when I left I noticed none had a ticket. It's very strange.
