Room was clean and the property was conveniently located to most things in the area. One thing I hated was the elevators, they’re painfully slow and small. Parking is tight and were mistakenly fined for parking on our check out day and took multiple calls to the front desk to try and get it resolved. At the end they said they’d take care of it and haven’t received confirmation if it was done. Gym is very outdated but it has the basics. Restaurants on site are overpriced and not great. Would not stay again, I didn’t feel the room price was justified for what you get.

It seems the rooms have been renovated BUT the HVAC system are so old and noisy it made it impossible to have a proper sleep. Also the heat wasn’t working, there was only one VERY old blanket in the room, we had to use the bath ropes as covers.

Also, when other guest were going into their rooms it felt like the doors were being slammed and sometimes it was super late at night. The location is a great spot! The front desk and rooms are very nice. The only problem we had was with cleaning. Some days we had the sign out to clean our rooms(2 separate rooms) but only 1 was cleaned. We also got confirmation from the front desk that “refreshing the room” includes new bedsheets, pillow sheets and cleaning of the floor. But none of that happened. Only the bed was remade, nothing was sweeped. If we were told otherwise that it’s just to remake the bed then that would’ve been fine. But if you want to get new sheets it seems like you’ll have to ask even though we were told that shouldn’t be the case.

Not sure how this hotel has such a high rating. The building was dirty, the elevators are tiny and don’t have room to accommodate for occupancy. They also stopped on every single floor. We were on the 8th floor and decided to use the stairs. They were absolutely filthy. Lady at the front desk blew off any concerns mentioned. Would not stay there again.
