Yes, I really enjoyed my stay here. All the staff was very friendly and the rooms were very clean. It was nice having access to elevator, especially with heavy baggage. The included breakfast was very good and well prepared. I would definitely recommend this to a friend and play on staying there again.

Rooms need to be upgraded. No carpet on the floors, no extra chairs available, floor needs to be more clean from stains, one full bathroom with a counter would be better.. No reason to have a door between the rooms in my opinion. access to the room from the parking lot is very convenient. Breakfast is acceptable.

Staff did not know there own property. Assigned us to a room where nothing was working. The TV did not have the 2nd remote that was needed. The AC and light were unplugged, the fan in the bathroom did not work. The fridge did not work. The only thing that was useful was nearby dining. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Room had a musty smell but it may be a. Vancouver thing as I find a lot of hotels smell that way. The tv channels were lacking but that is a minor complaint! Check in was smooth and check out was pleasant.

Nicely renovated queen room we stayed in with laminate flooring. Perfect temperature for air conditioning and great bathroom exhaust fan...doesn't leave you overheated after a shower. Hot breakfast was fantastic, scrambled eggs, hashbrown potatoes and sausage patties plus lots of other options. Easy parking...3 1/2 block walk to skytrain station on Royal Oak. Perfect for concerts...we have stayed here twice now for that reason. Beds are comfy. Def recommend staying here.
