I was in town due to an early doctor's i usually stay elsewhere but decided to give them a try. Everything was okay until all the different smells from people cooking made me kinda nauseous. But other than that it was a good stay.

I liked the price. High enough to keep out undesirable people and low enough to fit my budget. The question is, "can they keep it this way?" So many chains are pure trash. Last summer in TX, I had to leave one that was so BAD. $100.00 down the drain and the bed looked like it had been slept in. That chain should be shut down.

Great place to stay! The reviews I read before coming were spot-on. Property and hotel is clean and safe. Great location. Only minor issue was there was no bathroom tissue in our other traveler's bathroom. Breakfast was adequate, standard variety and the seating area was clean and very comfortable. Great place to stay if you're visiting UT Martin. Only 20 minutes away. Perfect spot if you're visiting the Discovery Center
