The space was lovely. The communication was excellent. The parking spot was tricky, and would be difficult for a larger vehicle. Overall, great value for the cost!

Pet areas were great.The floors were full of sand and dirt I didn’t have the proper equipment to clean it I only had a broom. Feet and socks were black. Other than that it was a very enjoyable stay and will rent it again for sure.

This place was a perfect getaway. The location was great, the size of the place and all that was included. The staff was prompt at getting us a new microwave when ours broke :) this place was perfect for our dog to go potty, for walks and walks to shopping. The beds were a little too soft for our likings but wasn’t a deal breaker. We definitely would love to stay here again.

Location is perfect! Walk to restaurants and 'the town' or walk to the beach. Pool is very nice, had a resort vibe. Some of the furniture in room, i.e. the couch, could use a refresh as it was stained and smelly. Bed was a big fluff of comfort my body did not know how to react. We had all we could ask for in this place.Unrelated to the property itself but the guests in the condo above us were VERY loud VERY late into the night with a domestic dispute. Lots of yelling and banging and going in and out doors and slamming things around. The cops eventually showed. SO, if you're looking for a quiet, excluded stay this might not be the place for you.

Great location. Beautifully decorated. Four stars are because microwave was not working and had to have a new one brought in. We were in unit C and it can get a bit loud with people above you. Overall, great experience.

Great Condo!

This condo was very clean, well-stocked and perfect for my lil sister and I to stay in while we visited Tybee Island. The parking space is a little tight but doable. Centrally located to town and the beach so we never had to drive anywhere- just walked and got some exercise. I would definitely stay at this condo again.

The property was in a wonderful location and was exactly what they claimed to be. The goat was attentive and gracious when I asked for entering instructions when she had sent them. She also checked in to make sure our stay was satisfactory. I would definitely recommend

We loved our stay. The location was amazing. We were able to walk to the beach and restaurants. It was nice and clean. The beds were so comfortable. We loved the elevator that opened right into our place. The communication from Southern Belle was excellent.

Good Stay with remarks

Property as described - management responsive. For future guests: Elevator – great for loading and unloading. It empties directly into the apartment and is noisy – beeps, conversations, etc. can be heard throughout apt. and are exacerbated by the elevator shaft. Difficult to sleep in if other guests are early risers - elevator door is 6 feet from master bedroom. Bedrooms: Comfortable beds and comforters. No closet in master but adequate space for folding clothes. Bathrooms: nice size and working properly. We had to call for washcloths and face towels which arrived mid-day. Kitchen: Coffee maker did not work but was replaced within an hour. All dinnerware is well-worn Melamine which is not microwavable. Mixing bowls are plastic and metal – also not microwavable. Pots and pans scratched and well-worn. No amount of oil will keep food from sticking. One dish towel provided for a 7-day stay. Parking: Tybee has no free parking with high fines strictly enforced. Great that this property has parking. Be aware spaces are extremely narrow. We climbed in and out of the passenger door because we could not get the driver side door open (normal-size Silverado Truck). The beach cart cannot be pulled from the elevator through the garage if all three cars are parked – one has to be backed up. Drive smaller cars if possible. Location: 3-minute walk to the beach; in the middle of a commercial area and within one block walk to shops and restaurants. We enjoyed our stay! Thank you!

Great location!

We truly liked our stay here. The location is outstanding - one block from the beach, one block from the pool and a block from tons of restaurants, bars and shops. The unit is cozy, with two comfortable beds and bathrooms. The kitchen was well stocked.

The condo was very nice and is the best place to stay on Tybee Island It steps away from the beach and the pool and the town amenity Best thing about the condo is the elevator that goes with it Very nice not too climb stairs with the kids Just step out of the elevator into the condo was the best We all had a great time and we will come back to this house

Great location.

Great place to stay! One block to the shops, restaurants and bars. Short walk to the beach. We didn’t have to use our car at all during our stay. The condo was very clean and well appointed. We’d stay here again for sure.
