Mountain Retreat

Our family had a great time at Cousin's Larry property. We stayed there during a ski trip, with the house being about 35 minutes drive to Dodge Ridge. The host was responsive, and the house was very clean and equiped with everything we needed. It was a relaxing stay, and we hope to go back soon. Thank you, Jodi!

The 5 Cs

Cozy, Comfortable, Clean, Convenient and great Communication. We just needed a comfy place to rest our heads while attending a nearby friend’s celebration. Nice deck, comfy beds, well-equipped kitchen.

Great Vacation with Staycation vibes

This three-bedroom house is great for families. With a fun game room, it's perfect for spending time together. The bedrooms are comfy, and the whole place feels cozy and welcoming. Overall, a cool spot for a mountain getaway!

Awesome!!!

This beautiful cabin was blessing for our family. Perfect place to stay for a getaway. Close to leland snow play, hiking trails, and so much more. I dont want to forget to mention the awesome game room for the kids! Thank you Jodi! We will definitely be staying again soon.

Great for kids and pets!

Cousin Larry's is a wonderful place for a family gathering. We require a fenced area for kids and pets and this is the best place that we have found. It has a large fenced yard for playing and running and it is accessible from the house. There are no knick knacks in the house that running, bumping, or wagging tails will break. Adults can relax. We hope to return next year with the wish that there will be snow nearby. Thanks for a great family vaycay Jodi!

Great getaway in Gold Country

The house was perfect for us - my daughter and I had our own bedrooms and my two grandchildren loved being in bunkbeds in the third bedroom. They also loved the swimming pool, which is a short driving distance away. And the game room with the combo air hockey/pool/ping pong table was a big hit. Jodi is a wonderful attentive host. We appreciated the welcome gifts she left us. The sunsets from the deck were spectacular. Just know that it's a bit of a drive to go anywhere, and we needed the gps on our phones to get in and out every time.

Comfortable and clean home

Good experience! Enjoyed game room ! Quick response from host with any questions we had. Lots of little extras ( treats and Easter basket for the kids! ) did have some issues with the tub not draining properly, and it would have been nice to have more seating in living room for everyone, there was only a couch.

Quiet Getaway

Nice, quiet neighborhood minutes away from stores and restaurants in Twain-Harte and Sonora. Easy access to Yosemite Valley and the Gold Country. Beautiful sunsets from the westward facing deck. The home is a nice retreat to return to after a day of outdoor activity. Relax with games or just quietly with a good book. Watch local fauna as they wander through the yards. I would stay again if I revisit this area.

Tuolomne Retreat 5 Stars

We had a wonderful time in this cozy house nestled in the Tuolomne Hills. The owner and host Jodi is extremely responsive and super helpful. The house was pet friendly and clean. The property was 7-8 minutes from Black Oak Casino,10 minutes from Twain Harte and 45 minutes to Dodge Ridge Ski Resort. We enjoyed the game room in the downstairs basement. All rooms have smart TVs. Overall rating 5 stars for price, location, cleanliness, helpfulness of host, and pet friendly. Would definitely visit again. Thank you Jodi for allowing us to stay!

Great spot away from the city

We had a great time playing billiards, air hockey, and jumping on the large trampoline. Sledding down the hill was fun and our dog appreciated the large yard. Wonderful stay!

Loved our stay at Cousin Larry's place. It is a very relaxing and peaceful place. Jodi has the place stocked up with everything you need. We had a wonderful time, drove up 15 minutes to build a snowman, went bowling at Black Oak, went ice skating at Longbarn's McCullough Arena, we did some antique shopping.... it was a great time,
