Great stay

We had an awesome stay at The Harmony House. It was extremely clean and comfortable. We had an issue with the hot tub but our host was very responsive. Overall a great stay.

Great home for family vacation

We had a great stay at Harmony House. It was extremely clean and comfortable. Some highlights: toys for our kids to play with (ages 4 and 6), nice linens on the beds, and a great outdoor space and grill. We had one issue with the AC not working well, and Cate was extremely responsive - she came to the house within 20 minutes and provided an immediate solution. She really made an effort to try to meet our needs. We were very satisfied all around!

We loved the location being close to Grassroots. We enjoyed the hot tub as well. The owner was very responsive anytime we asked questions. Would love to stay again!

We had such an amazing visit! The house is ADORABLE and so clean. We all felt comfortable and loved the hot tub!!!! Early morning hikes to view nearby waterfalls were amazing! Highly recommend and hope to book again soon!!!!!

Thanksgiving

My husband and I along with our daughter, who goes to college in Ithaca, rented this lovely historic house with our two dogs for Thanksgiving. We had a great time. The area, with all the wineries, parks and the waterfalls, is beautiful. Lots of hiking and outdoor activities. Located only 2 miles outside Trumansburg and 8 7-8 out of Ithaca. Great location.

Family mini vacation

Excellent stay at the Harmony House. Great location, beautiful clean home. Myself and my family thought it was really awesome to stay in an old home and be part of its history. Our original VRBO was cancelled 2 hours before check in, we found this home on VRBO and within minutes Cate got back to me and we were able to book and get into home. Very thankful to be able to stay in home and enjoy our mini vacation. Our family stayed 2 nights and enjoyed 5 wineries, the falls and sunset cruise on Cayuga Lake. I would highly recommend this home. We had a wonderful stay and received excellent service from host!

Great place near Ithaca

This property was perfect for our needs and our only regret was that we had only one overnight stay to enjoy it. Well stocked and very clean and comfortable furniture and bedding. We went to a family wedding hearby and our host Cate could not have been more gracious and accomodating before, during and at the end of our stay. Highly recommended!

Long Weekend

Beautiful historical house that’s been updated with modern amenities and decor, while maintaining its authenticity and charm. Conveniently located less than 15 minutes from downtown Ithaca, with a great fenced in backyard (including grill and firepit) that’s perfect for anyone with small kids or dogs. We had an amazing stay, and the host was extremely helpful and communicative.

Lovely cottage

We didn’t get to enjoy much of the area or the cottage as we were in town for a college graduation but the cottage has everything you need for a lovely weekend away. Very clean, well appointed, the check-in was very smooth and communication with the manager easy. Definitely recommend!
