Great location for Busch Gardens

Place was very clean, as advertised. Super close and convenient to Busch Gardens properties. Only suggestion would be to leave instructions on how to heat the pool, water was a bit cold. Otherwise, great place. Would recommend.

Non-working Hot Tub

I was super excited about this place because of location & the fact that it had a hot tub & heated pool. Neither one worked at the time of arrival or during our entire stay. The owner asked us to reach out to the company ourselves to get the issue addressed. Okay… we did. Got us nowhere because they said they’d need to send someone out & since we are not the property owners, there is nothing we can do. I did contact her thanking her for letting us stay in her home but that I was deeply disappointed about not being able to use the 2 main things I rented the place for. I have not heard back. The first time I mentioned the issue, she said she was going to send her boy. No one showed. She claimed she was in an accident the second time I asked her to come fix the issue. That’s when she directed me to the technician. I don’t know what to believe at this point. If she is truly injured, then I send my deepest condolences. If not…. Well that speaks volumes.

Exceeded my expectations

We were wow’d from the second we walked into the modern home with the pool heated and waterfall flowing in the backyard. It was an absolute delight and super comfortable. Loved the outdoor living space and swings and games were perfect. We will be back.

A Place to Stay

The house was pretty good, a roof over our heads while visiting. The pool and yard was a beautiful sight. Beyond looks…..the pool temperature was all over the place some days cold/some warm and the “hot” tub was NEVER hot it’s basically just an addition to the pool. Also most VRBOs have an email check-in information, I didn’t get anything until the day prior to visiting when I asked for it. Also most VRBOs have like a “guest book” with info about the house, garbage/laundry/check-out instructions …..not here.

Cold "hot tub"

The overall stay was fine. The house its self is clean. Other then the bathroom having an overwhelming smell of cat urine. The HOT TUB (cold tub as we called it)does not work as other reviews say. The control panel only really controls the lights and waterfall feature. The host controls the heat via phone. When asked to turn the temp up they acted as if they didnt understand and then when asked straight forward stopped replying all together. If it wasnt so cold during our stay maybe it wouldnt have been an issue. Overall could have been worse but we wouldnt not stay again unless they fixed the issues(which we dont see happening)

Disappointing stay

This is a cute little house with a nice little pool. It was just the two of us staying 3 nights. The size of the house was just right for 2. If there were any more, it would have been cramped. Large backyard though. This was a disappointing stay because the pool never functioned properly so we did not get to use it. Owner kept saying it was working but it was not. We had a visit every day from the pool people trying to get it right. No luck. The mosquitoes were pretty bad, especially for Nov/Dec. Can only imagine how bad they’d be in the summer. We would not stay here again.

The perfect place!

I come in town every other month to visit family. This is my second go around at the perfect place! The oasis backyard, the home, and just how peaceful it is makes this home perfect for a stay. The host are amazing! You won’t be disappointed staying here!

Beautiful

This home is beautiful inside and out. Pantry was fully stocked with anything you might need. Screened in porch has plenty of seating to sit and enjoy your morning coffee. Large outside table with seating for 6 to enjoy dinner cookouts by the pool. Quite neighborhood. Communication with owner was great. I would highly recommend staying at this lovely home

Backyard Oasis

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this property. The pool and spa were wonderful. Very cute and quaint home with all the amenities. One could ask for!
