This was a horrible property, that should not have been advertised on Orbitz. The hotel was so bad, we booked reservations in St. Petersburg, the Hilton Lake Carillon. The room smelled of mildew, and the facilities were unkept. There was no way my wife and I were going to lay our heads on the pillows. Hyatt Place should invest money into this property as soon as possible.

The property was lovely. Clean and modern. Breakfast was typical for an included breakfast. The bar was not as expected, just a small counter space with limited options but good enough. There is no on site restaurant which was a surprise. They offer a small limited "menu" of coices like a wrap or warm cookies.

Hotel is dated. I saw roaches in the hallway. Try not to stay on 1st floor it is NOISY!!! VERY NOISY! WILL NOT ever stay again. Breakfast buffet was ok. Staff were very friendly.

Not same as pictures. Needs updating. They expect u to b silent. I knocked on my door to get in because my daughter had the door stop on and as soon as I got in the room I was getting a knock on the door saying quiet down
