Awful - first, you will never see a neighborhood with more cars parked on the grass; when you open the door you're greeted by an odd and unpleasant odor; there were spider webs, not cobwebs, that we walked through in the house. We quickly found a broom and set off killing several spiders and decided we would leave, and it only got worse from there. The house is small, like crazy small - think small and then itll be smaller. The master bedroom shares a bathroom with the hall, and the only ensuite is set up like a college dorm. We tried to cancel nicely, the owner said they would cooperate... but they did not. They kept all our money and VRBO was 100% unhelpful. I would never stay here no matter the site I found it on, and I will never us VRBO again. Theres a reason there are ton more options that have overtaken it in recent years and I will no longer even attempt to stay here. The owners knew it sucked and knew they wouldnt give money back. In the end it cost me 3x what I thought it would on this trip, huge headaches, and far more work than it should have been just to get screwed.
