The room is on the 2nd floor with a small patio.
Within walking distance to shopping centers, restaurants, AMC Theater, bus stops, etc. 10 minutes drive to downtown, FSU, and FAMU.

The first floor is not for the guest to use. The in-house laundry room may be used after confirmation from the host. The wireless printer can be used upon request. Coffee makers and grinders are in the public area on the second floor. The living room is usually not for guest use.

Affordable room close to I-10.
Very nice setup for a 1 bed and bath with tv small kitchenette. Very accommodating host. Less then 5 min from I-10 even with morning traffic.
