The first day, the cold shower knob came off spraying directly into my wife's chest. After the water was shut off, the shower would not drain. The hotel staff repaired both issues, plunging the shower drain. The second day, the toilet would not flush properly. The hotel staff was summoned again and used the plunger to clear the toilet. the shower and sink were not cleaned daily. There was dried toothpaste in the sink and the shower floor was dirty.
The hotel staff was courteous and pleasant.
