Great place for skiing in Steamboat

Great place near the bus route to the ski area and downtown. Very clean and very modern with everything working. Well stocked and modern kitchen with plenty of pots and pans (non - stick thanks!) and utenssils. Will definitely look for this unit in the future!

Great location & amenities, definitely recommend

We loved it. This place was just a short walk away from the shuttle bus stop to the mountain and a short drive to the grocery store. The condo is spacious and perfect for 4 - 6 people. The garage is a bonus for storing ski gear but it was too small for our SUV. The hot tub is nice and a short walk through the parking lot. The bathrooms and kitchen had the right amenities (although more seasonings would have been nice). The check in instructions could be improved as the instructions for the door lock were missing a step & the hot tub code was not provided ahead of time. Would stay again, thanks!

Relaxing spot in Steamboat

This is the second time we've stayed in this condo complex while at Steamboat. It is so convenient in terms of being close to the River Walk, a nearby creek (for kid splashing time) and grocery stores. It's just a short drive to downtown Steamboat or Stagecoach Reservoir. This particular condo unit was very nice. The beds were amazingly comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. We had some small issues while staying and management was very quick to respond. Neighbors were generally quiet and our stay was relaxing. I put a 4 for cleanliness because although it was generally very clean, it was clear no one had used (or looked at) the sofa bed in a LONG time. In addition to not having any sheets (which management quickly fixed) we found all kinds of debris in the couch when we took off the cushions (socks, cup lids, food crumbs, etc). The unit came with multiple floor fans which quickly helped things cool down.

Lovely and Clean Condo in Steamboat

Welcoming and serene, we were a group of 6 and were very comfortable in this cozy condo. Lovely new wood floors, condo looked to be in new condition. Beautiful stainless appliances, well-stocked kitchen with Cuisinart cookwear and a great grill on the patio. We stayed in and cooked filets one night! Would stay here again in a heartbeat and would definitely recommend it.

comfortable clean...

Very comfy, it was great having a garage. The teenagers thought the beds in the 2nd bedroom were a bit short (removing footboards may help). Master bed and bedroom was very comfortable.

We loved our stay. Wish we could have been a little closer into town but that’s ok. There were some loud neighbors around too but overall having two balconies, two bedrooms, two bathrooms was the perfect size for us!

Great place

This was perfect for our family w/ two young kids (3 & 1). There was a complex playground right out the front doors. It's a nice 12 minute walk to the gondola and restaurants and then a 15 min bike to downtown Steamboat.

Would stay here again

Great location. Good space for family . We have 2 kids including one under 2, and were able to fit a pack n play into the second bedroom without a problem. Communication w property management company was great (no issues) and we received multiple texts prior to arrival with all the check in Info needed. Place was clean (except dust bunnies under bed), and a good layout. Comfortable furniture and beds. Would stay again!

Great condo

The condo was amazing, very clean and all appliances were new. Top grade. We were a short distance to the bus stop and within walking distance to the slop. The only negative thing was the walls are thin. Therefore, you could here everyone.

Clean Steamboat condo

The property was lovely and clean, New appliances with a well equipped kitchen. Plenty of cleaning products available. Could have had more towels. The only downside was the master bedroom quilt cover and pillow covers were not clean.( just removed them and placed in a cupboard )

Great Condo

This is a great spot for a quick ski trip to Steamboat Springs. The condo is easy to find, very spacious, has a garage to store equipment, and really really close to the bus line to the mountain and town. The fire place and tv room were great to hangout in after a long day and the kitchen has everything you need for a ski getaway. Overall I would stay here again!

Great place to stay!

Beautiful condo and the pictures represent it well. Plenty of room for 2 adults and 3 kids. It was close to the ski slopes, grocery store, shopping, downtown, bus stop and everything else we needed. The snow did not stop us from using the hot tub or swing set that was just outside near the condo. The owners were very good at communication before and throughout our stay. Highly recommend!
