Daddy daughter trip

Perfect location easy access to the base of the mountain. Parking garage keeps your car free of snow. Condo was perfect for the two of us. Booked it again for this February.

Location!

Excellent condo, amenities and location. We have stayed at Trailhead many, many times and while we will continue to stay there we will try to book earlier as the rates have gone up exponentially over the years, especially during the holidays. We love the gondola access directly to the base, the 3 hot tubs, heated pool, shuttle service, quiet rooms, welcoming lobby, game room, boot room, pizza across the street and spacious layout of the unit. A few areas with room for improvement: the scratched and over-used pans in the kitchen, extremely hard primary bed and uncomfortable pillows. This unit has different management than others which requires you to stop at their offices for the key before you arrive. Would be ideal if the front desk could manage check in / check out for all units, regardless of who manages the unit. Lastly, we left a bag in the unit and Nomadness retrieved it and mailed it back to us which was hugely appreciated.

Excellent condo with top notch facilities. Would stay again!

This condo is well maintained and comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The fitness center and outdoor pool and hot tubs are beautiful. Would definitely stay again.

Stay at trailhead Lodge

We've lived in Steamboat and have stayed many times at Trailhead Lodge. No issues however, if you're staying there for convenience to the mountain, make sure the adjacent gondola is running. Was off for seasonal service and we weren't aware.

Nice Place to Stay

The unit was very nice and conveniently located near an elevator. The unit had plenty of room for 6 people and the balcony was a nice place to hang out. The only things that weren't perfect were: (1) the central air vents in the unit were very dirty; and (2) the toiletries and soaps (kitchen/bath soaps were oddly packaged and the hand soaps appeared to be cut by water so much so that it seemed like I was washing my hands with water only. Nevertheless, the unit was very nice and I'd recommend it as a great place to stay.

Absolute joke. Great location and hot tub. But no hot water in a place of this caliber is totally unacceptable. No help from management whatsoever. Would never stay here again

Clean, quiet, and convenient

Property check-in/out process was clear. Minor issues were also quickly addressed by the management reachable by phone or text. You can't beat Trailhead Lodge for Steamboat access.

Other Than Firm Mattress Our Condo Was Great!

The location, convenience, cleanliness, amenities, etc. were all top notch. The only issue we had was the bed/mattress. Don't get me wrong, it was clean and everything, but it was very firm. In fact, after the first night, we ended up sleeping on the couches because the mattress was so firm and uncomfortable for us. Other than that, our condo was great!

Great location

Nice, homey condo feel with all the amenities. IDEAL location with the gondola to Ski Base just outside the door. Wish the check in process to get keys wasn't at a whole another location. Shuttle had to stop separately for us to get them.

Tennis Tournament Stay

Beautiful condo, great amenities

This unit in the Trailhead Lodge was the best equipped unit of any that we have stayed in! Because it is managed by Nomadness (not Vacasa) it has a more personal feel to the unit. More comfortable furniture and beds, the kitchen is FULLY stocked and even has some extras like olive oil, salt and pepper and some unopened packaged snacks! Upon arrival, some goodies were waiting for us on the kitchen counter and the unit was immaculately clean!! Check in was easy, but do know that you have to go to their office to grab the key. Most of the units in the building are managed by Vacasa, as is in the front desk of the building, so if you stay in this unit, you can't get another key from the front desk. All in all, a FANTASTIC STAY. We love the Trailhead Lodge and will definitely stay in this specific unit again!!

Beautiful unit

Our stay was great and we could easily live in this beautiful unit! Very quiet, large and comfy, nice lanai you drink wine or coffee on, and nice pool/hot tub areas. We will definitely stay again!

2 big things: 1. Housekeeping did a terrible job before we arrived. (The place was not swept and all the dishes were put away dirty. ) 2. The AC was either broken or locked on “off” mode. Besides that, the building was nice & Front desk was helpful. We would stay at the building again just different unit.
