Good for a small family
The unit was just as advertised, very clean and kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, appliances, and utensils. Beds were comfortable, and location near Kroger is convenient. Neighborhood was quiet.

The rental was very clean, comfortable, affordable and a great value.
We stayed for a week in this half-duplex in Stanton, KY, and found it to be a great home base for exploring the Red River Gorge and spending a day in Lexington. The house was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully stocked with extras like soap, laundry detergent, spices, ketchup, coffee, filters, TP—little touches that made our stay easier. Beds were comfortable and the towels were thick and fluffy.A big bonus was the Kroger grocery store a short walk away—something we didn’t find in the other towns near this part of the Gorge. The hosts even included a Kroger membership card on the keychain so we could get store discounts, which was a thoughtful detail.Working with the host was great—everything went smoothly. The neighborhood isn’t touristy, and while some nearby homes looked a bit run-down, we always felt safe and had no issues. Our favorite restaurants in the area, in order, were: Toad's Barn & Grill, Miguel's Pizza, Mi Finca (Mexican restaurant in Stanton), Thatcher's BBQOur favorite hikes were: Creation Falls, a short, easy hike great for kids, with a beautiful arch/natural bridge and a waterfall Double Arch, Courthouse Rock, and Auxier Ridge Loop, a longer, more challenging hike with incredible views, not suitable for young kidsWe also did the Crystal Kayaks at the Gorge Underground which was awesome and the Aviation Museum of Kentucky-also awesome. The rental was very affordable and a great value. We’d definitely stay here again.

The location was great for what we needed. We were in the area to clean out a storage unit. The duplex had everything we needed and it was very clean. The beds are comfortable too. I loved everything about it except the moist smell. We opened the exterior doors and it helped a lot to air it out. There is a dehumidifier, but it didn’t seem to help. Other than the smell it was EXCELLENT!
Front porch not very inviting. Needs accessible handicap at steps for people that need help with balance. We thank you for letting in early!

Great place
This was exactly what we needed for a 3 day weekend getaway. Two very nice bedrooms, a bath with washer/dryer and a perfect size kitchen and living area. Great for two couples for a week or more. Would definitely go back.

Cozy
Nice, cozy rental for the weekend. The space was perfect for our fam who came down for my sons 17th bday! The rental was very accommodating. Everything was within 15 min drive to the things we were doing. It was a plus having Kroger so close so we could cook for the weekend instead of going out to eat. Thx for the comfortable living for the wknd!

Nice shower, clean and affordable
We chose to stay here rather than pitch a tent. We have no regrets. It was an easy find and we may do it again.
