Property exactly as listed. Great view and convenient to pier village and restaurants. Owner was very responsive and check in/out were easy. Will definitely stay here again.

The unit was exactly as described. Clean, with a fresh smell. We could see the ocean and the pool from the balcony. Beach access is super easy (coming from the wife of a bilateral below knee amputee.). Plenty of parking. Villa was stocked with plenty of linens, toilet tissue and paper towels. Owner was responsive and easy to work with. Bed in master was very comfy. We hope to get back there soon!

Excellent location! Easy booking, check in and check out. Clean with stylish decor. Kitchen is fully equipped. Sleeps 6/7 easily. Stunning view from the balcony within walking steps to the pool, hot tub and two beach access points.

Well appointed condo steps from the beach

This condo has everything you need for a wonderful stay at the beach. Close to everything and even walkable to many restaurants. Beds were very comfortable and space was very clean. Would definitely book again!

I grabbed this VRBO because we didn’t get the rate we expected at the hotel Nextdoor. We loved all the amenities that were available with the condo and the space that was there. Communication with Buffy was prompt.

Wonderful

Love this villa. It was so nice and clean. Up to date and the owner was so easy to work with. The dishwasher had to be replaced while we were there and it took a little time but the owner told us all about it and even offered compensation for the time it took for it to be replaced. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location

My husband had a conference at The King and Prince. The kids and I were able to go to the pool and the beach. We fixed meals in the room. We ate at the bbq place on the corner and the cottage on property. I sat on the balcony and watched the ocean.

First time there

Location of condo is great and the Island is very easy to get around. We tried all the restaurants associated with King and Prince, including the golf course for lunch, all the food was great and staff excellent. Ice Cream is wonderful on the property along with drinks by the pool. All and all a great time. Look forward to returning in the near future
