This property was exactly what we were looking for. In a quiet and gorgeous historic area of St Pete. Close to everything! Kitchen stocked with anything you need. Nice living room. Bed was huge and very comfortable. Plenty of towels and anything else you need. Communications with property management was great. Highly recommend this property.

As a woman who travels a lot alone this place was wonderful. Easy to find. Easy to walk. Easy to get to ANYWHERE. I highly recommend if you are a hit the pavement and explore person…This is ideal. Lots of convenient touches all over which made the stay feel more personal. Will definitely book again.

Not great

Bed was comfortable, but there were dead bugs all throughout the home. There were a few live moths and winged ants flying throughout. The last 2 nights both my daughter and I were bitten while sleeping. The home was ok otherwise. The neighborhood was ok and felt safe. There was one issue with the lock battery not working and the owner had to come change it but she did so in a timely manner and kept me informed.

Very clean

The place is very clean and centric. Not suitable for people with mobility issues, the space is limited and the restroom is challenging to use due to its design and height. For us it was enough because we don't have mobility issues. I recommend this place due to its location, price and cleanliness.

Excellent!

We adored St Pete 3 Minutes to Pier! The location is perfect for walking downtown and to Tampa Bay. The property was spotless, comfortable, and the location was perfect. We came down for a short vacation, and three of us were very comfortable staying here. The owners were very responsive when we needed help with something, and we loved the little touches like coffee pods and bottled water. I would highly recommend this property!

Property was very clean and comfortable. Neighborhood was good no problems there.The only issue we had was stepping a foot up to the toilet and a foot up to the shower… There are no safety rails for older people. That to me is an issue that should be taken care of.

Perfect place!

We were visiting family in the area and needed a place close by. This place was perfect!Super clean, including having the extra blankets wrapped in plastic which is a great idea.Kitchen had everything we needed to cook breakfast. The keureg pods were very appreciated and we did switch to the french press after the first day.Location is great, they're a coffee place a block away and it's a short walk to the park.

An odd little apartment

The location? Great. Cleanliness? Fine. Water in the fridge and snacks? Thoughtful. Cleaning fee? Excessive. It should be 50 and no more. I’ve paid 120 for 3 bedrooms on VRBO. The bathroom? Odd. The sink is on the main level but the toilet and shower are approx.12 inches higher. Avoiding water leaking from the shower is impossible and getting out of the shower when wet, dropping to the floor with nothing to grab is scary.

Enjoyed our stay. Just as advertised and very clean. Convenient location to both the north shore aquatic complex and to the restaurants on Beach drive. Appreciated having the reserved parking spot. Would gladly stay here again.

Great Find!

Cute little gem with many amenities! Perfect location for leisurely strolls to St Pete’s Pier. Well-stocked kitchen allowed us to “eat-in”. Great Wi-Fi service. Best part of all - EXCEPTIONAL COMMUNICATIONS WITH OWNER! Very responsive. Would highly recommend.

Perfect location and all we needed.

Yearly trip for Reggae Rise Up. This location is a few blocks from vinoy. Location had everything we needed to be comfortable away from home. Booked it again for next year. Communication with the owner was prompt and accommodating.

Fun quirky space perfect for retired couple

Convenient space that is easy access for retired couple with well equipped kitchen and comfortable safe surroundings. Bathroom is a little quirky but very functional.
