Great!!

This property is awesome, right next to the pool, clean and well taken care of! At first I couldn’t get in, my error and they were happy and easy to work with to help me get in and comfortable! Great stay!! We will be back!!

Clean, modern stay!

This large, airy 3 bedroom and 3 bath condo is very clean and modern. We used the pool, played golf and rode the very close bike trail. It really only sleeps 6. If you have someone sleep on the pull out couch there are no shades or curtains on the big sliding door. Also the back guest bedroom has lights shine in all night so bring your sleep mask. The kitchen is pretty well outfitted. We were glad we brought a good knife, a grater for cheese and a few other kitchen tools

Bloomington review

Additional facts potential renters should know: We were there for 13 nights. Check VRBO pricing and dates vs. property management company. Ours changed after booking with VRBO and had to call to straighten it out. The positive: very clean, 3 bedrooms each with own full bath, close to pool area, walking and biking path and pickleball courts. Many appliances in kitchen, nice patio furniture and grill. The negative: right on main street with lots of loud traffic noise especially in master bedroom late at night and early in am. No blinds in guest room (very bright) and no drapes on main patio window. Master bed king mattress is shot with slanting on both sides. Fridge has no water or ice, front door lock did not work and no garage door opener. Pool was not heated above 80. Hot tub very crowded much of the time, and with teens at night.A/C was repaired the day we got there but heat was not repaired, only was needed two days.

Wonderful stay! Great location when visiting National Parks. Beautiful and wonderfully maintained condo. Bright and airy, with high-end furnishings. Surround balconies with awesome views. Garage provided so no parking problems. Great location within golf community. Was able to take advantage of amenities such as the pool, golf and Club House restaurant. Would definitely recommend.

Overall we had a wonderful stay. There was leftover popcorn under the couches, leftover food on the balcony, and stains on rugs and carpet. Overall though the atmosphere is awesome.

Nice and Clean!

We anticipated a larger group but plans changed and it ended up being just my husband and I. Condo was very clean with tasteful and simple modern decor. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals. We didn’t use any of the country club amenities this trip but it looked nice! The only thing we would ask for is an extra set of towels put out for use in the bathrooms. Check out instructions were specific but items needed to do laundry (like the vinegar) were nowhere to be found. We had a lovely weekend and would absolutely stay here again! Thank you!

Beautiful Condo

We loved cooking in the kitchen! We had everything we needed except a casserole dish. Lol. The beds, bedding and pillows were very comfortable and everything was clean. We were here for a church retreat, and were thrilled to discover our friends were renting downstairs. Beautiful sunsets from the balcony and we enjoyed a brisk walk on the golf course in the mornings.

Reservation email

I would have liked an email letting us know when final payment was due, and would have liked a receipt for final payment. I did have to call to get the above confirmation, and didn’t get the receipt, I was sent another party receipt. The property itself was great and we will definitely stay there again next year.

Nice and spacious!

This condo was a beautiful and spacious location! It was nice being so close to the pool and clubhouse. My kids loved the pool because it was large and heated! The decor and rooms were very nice and we had tons of room! I would have given it 5 stars but there was a lack of privacy because many of the windows did not have window coverings which made us feel a little exposed since it was by the pool and road and one of the bedrooms needed black out covers because the lights coming in from other condos shone in quite a bit. I would totally stay there again if the window situation was remedied!
