The beach is a block away with a boardwalk and showers to clean off sand. There is access to the inter coastal a block away Dog friendly neighborhood, beach and rental. So good for us.

The Pelican Landing has all the amenities, walking distance to the dog friendly beach, gas station, small strip mall that had an ice cream parlor, dog wash, and restaurant. Our fur baby enjoyed the fence in yard.We look forward to coming back.

Last Minute Vacation

For a last minute vacation they came through. We were able to bring our dogs, who love the beach. The walk to the beach is closer than it is in some condos we've stayed in.

Location is amazing. The house is in a quiet area, and a nice, short walk with the dogs across the street to the beach. We went to the beach every morning and the outdoor shower was really nice afterwards. Big, fenced back yard with plenty of room for the dogs to run. Inside was very cozy, especially when it was raining. Communication was excellent. They sent text messages with important information and reminders about activities, and any questions we had were answered quickly. We will definitely keep an eye on this house for our next trip to St. Augustine.

Very nice place to stay at, very close to beach. We brought our dog as well and the house felt very welcoming to us all. Provided starter items for everything we needed and everything was well organized. The additional vouchers were great for us as we saved money on 2 tickets which was about 50 for our short stay. This place is a bargain and I would recommend to anyone wanting to visit the area.

Summer Family Reunion

Every year my husband’s s extended family meets up for a family get together at Crescent Beach. This year we wanted to take our senior dogs to be able to see the ocean and enjoy some time with our now adult children. The house was exactly as you seen in the pictures, very clean, comfortable, and has a great outdoor fenced patio perfect for BBQ and spend family time with our fur babies. It’s a short one block walk away from the beach. We definitely plan to come back! We loved our stay at The Pelican Landing!

clean inside but ratty outside

house was clean and located close to the beach we love. the back yard had no shrubbery and the screen porch was a bummer. rusty dirty furniture with no shade. sitting outside, the air conditioning compresser was loud. we thought we would cook and eat there but it wasnt very appealing. good for a clean bed adn kitchen and lots of tvs. if you want to be outside at all this is not the place.

Beach Get-Away

Pros- Walkable and quiet neighborhood a couple blocks from a great beach; comfortable and updated layout for my wife and I and our labrador retriever; nice outside patio and fenced in yard; screened Florida room; very comfortable master bed; clean upon check-in; good TV Possible Improvements- replace couch fabric and dining area seat covers (stains off-putting), upgrade lighting around sitting areas for reading, replace/paint rusted outside furnitureOverall- the house suited our purposes well. The pictures made the house seem somewhat glitzier than it was and a few appearance tweaks would help a lot.

Feels like home! Great location!

We travel often for work. We take our due babies with us. This adorable little beach house has had a fabulous renovation and has everything we needed to make our fur babies happy and comfortable while we were getting the job done. The back yard has a done of fetch space. The beds were comfy, the kitchen stocked, the quiet neighborhood is down right charming for morning walks. Thanks for making an obligation feel like a vacation!

Great home base for a beach vacation!

Loved the fun beach themed - we had fun finding all the pineapple decor. Plenty of room for our family of 5 to have our own spaces and come together as a group. We especially enjoyed the screened in porch in the early AMd and evening. Could use more small spoons - we had to constantly wash the few that were there. Also, Wi-Fi was slow if more than 1 person was on. But that wasn’t a big deal. The beach truly was just a 4 minute walk and so gorgeous and fun!!

Relaxing home has everything for a beach vacation!

I made a last minute reservation to spend 3 nights at the beach. It’s a short drive from Jacksonville. This home is cute, has everything you need and my dog loved the backyard and the dog toys! The hosts were responsive and everything was perfect.

Great Trip

We had a tough time finding a fenced in rental that allowed dogs. This house was perfect for me, my husband and our teenage boys! Walking to the beach was safe and quick. The beach allows dogs and our best boy had the best time! It was also super nice and convenient that the house had a beach wagon we were able to use as well as clean beach towels.

Perfect getaway

This cozy cottage was perfect for a quick getaway! Everything was clean, organized, and made settling in a breeze. They even had a basket of toys for the dogs! Our communication with the property manager while we were there was easy; they made sure we enjoyed our stay. 10/10 ⭐️

Comfortable Beach House in a Great Location

Our family of 4 and pup really enjoyed our visit to Crescent Beach and the St. Augustine area and staying in this wonderful beach house. The location could not be beat with access in minutes to Crescent Beach on one side and access to excellent fishing on the Matanzas River on the other side. The property met all our needs and we appreciated all the pet-friendly touches.
