This newly renovated home is a unique, family-friendly experience, making your visit to Utah unforgettable. Located just blocks to downtown Spanish Fork with easy access to shopping, restaurants, and I-15. 15-minute drive to BYU and 25 minutes to world-class skiing and hiking at Sundance Mountain Resort. BEDROOM 1: Main floor, king bed, 65” Roku smart TV, ceiling fan, large ensuite, walk-in shower, soaking tub, double vanity, walk-in closet, dedicated workspace.

BEDROOM 2: Main floor, queen bed, hardwood floors, large mirrored closet, ceiling fan.

BEDROOM 3: upstairs, full bed with twin trundle, 32” Roku smart TV, oscillating fan.

BEDROOM 4, upstairs, twin bed with twin trundle, small bedroom best for kids, oscillating fan.

*Note: stairs to bedrooms 3 & 4 are steep and narrow, not recommended for the elderly or those with a high trip or fall risk.

KITCHEN: All new (2024) stainless steel appliances, ice maker, large farmhouse sink, quartz countertops, gas range, electric oven, dishwasher, large butler's pantry, traditional and Keurig coffee machines, and all standard kitchen utensils and cutlery are included.

BACKYARD: large covered patio, 6-person outdoor dining table, gas BBQ, great gathering space, private grassed yard, easy access to the kitchen.

PARKING: Driveway (2 vehicles), free street parking

ACCESSIBILITY: One step to enter the home, and a full staircase is required for access to bedrooms 3 & 4 on the 2nd floor. These stairs were built over 50 years ago and are not recommended for the elderly or people with a higher fall risk.

For your safety, this property features one exterior ring security camera located on the front door facing the street. The camera is outward-facing and records video and audio.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Weston and Amanda's beautiful home and only wish we could have stayed there longer. Their home is a perfect combination of vintage charm and modern amenities! We had an amazing stay here! The house is so cute! The beds were so comfortable! It was like being in our own beds. The house has been completely remodeled and top notch finishes were used! Check in/out was so easy! Hosta had lots of info for us and were available quickly! We plan to stay here again!!

Lovely home with amazing view

This property was amazing! Actually looked better in person than it did in the pictures. Probably one of the best stocked homes I’ve ever rented. Lots of space for folks to settle in. An amazing view from the front windows of the mountains. I would definitely book this location again if I return to Utah.

Nice stay

We enjoyed our stay at the Rose cottage. It was immaculately clean, well stocked with all the things you need and beautifully renovated and decorated. It was a great place for our family to stay while in town for a wedding. Owner was attentive to our needs. The neighborhood is quiet and close to the freeway and shopping.
