Family-oriented, Affordable, Spacious 2 Bedroom Units

Terra Mar units B (downstairs) and D (upstairs) are two units of a 4-plex located one block from the beach. This listing is for Unit B (Downstairs). Each unit is 1100 sq. ft. with two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, the second bedroom has two twin beds, and there are two roll away twin beds. We do allow up to 10 guests but only provide bedding and linens for 6 occupants.

Each unit is equipped with a refrigerator, range, microwave, dishwasher, coffee pot, dishes and kitchen utensils. Each has a washer, dryer, cable TV and WIFI. Unit B has a small, enclosed back yard with a grill, and unit D has a front and back balcony with a grill.

4th of July Stay!

Great rental!!

My family and I stayed here for a small getaway while meeting up with our family 4 houses down. It was such a great location close enough to the town but not too close because the amount of people during the weekend was CRAZY! It was about a block away from beach access. Clean, quiet, perfect

Kitchen was clean and reasonably well equipped. Livingroom, bedrooms, and bathrooms were clean. Landlord was responsive. Newer side loader full size washer and dryer were very nice. Walk a short block to the beach. Make sure you find out what's there before you buy what you need. Also, the parking spot for unit B is marked above the parking spaces on the bottom of the balcony. It's the left parking spot in the right driveway. Only slight negative is the TV is a little old but if you're watching it, you're missing the point of being there.

Wonderful experience

The condo was wonderful especially for the price we paid! We had no issues at all. The location was great. It was a quiet neighborhood. Plenty of room for all eight of us. I would definitely recommend to anyone.

Perfect location and great place

Debbie is a great host! Our family rented out both upper and lower duplexes for our stay and she has everything you need in a perfect location. Walking distance to the beach on one side and gas station on the other side. Debbie is fast at replying to messages even when I probably bugging too much. Clean, spacious, and located perfectly. Will return to Debbie’s place!

Family Vacation Stay was amazing

This property was amazing and clean. Easy access to the beach. Also was very spacious. Me and my family had a Rocky start and thought we were about to cancel trip. So trying to contact the property owner was very easy and she responded quick and was willing to work with me on a better date. I’m just glad we were able to make it.
