Other Things to Note: Additionally, parking is limited to two vehicles per unit in the condo driveway, with each unit's parking space clearly designated. To ensure compliance, please prominently display your parking permit inside your vehicle, preferably on the inside mirror or dashboard. Parking permits are available for pickup at check-in. Enjoy complimentary breakfast every morning for two at La Copa Inn Beach Hotel, located at 350 Padre Blvd.
Pets are welcome for an extra charge of $50 plus taxes per pet.

On the beach, literally. Quiet, clean, spacious, great for a family!
This was our first time to South padre and we were looking for a place with 5 rooms that was close to the beach.
First, the island is so narrow, you can walk from anywhere to the beach, good learning for everyone reading.
This spot is ON The beach. You walk out the back, you walk out hte path and it's white sand and beach.
And the beach spot is super quiet - it was never "too busy," even on a weekend.
The house was clean. Modern, some of the furniture has seen better days, but it's got all the bells and whistles, AC blows great, a humidifier that's much needed and an elevator for the 4th floor.
The views are fantastic, the noise is minimal, mostly the ocean noises, and there was everything you needed to cook and live like your own private home.
Highly recommended, great place.
The only neg: Check in process was confusing. You have to go 2.6m to the actual hotel to check in to get your keys. The keys also deactivated twice on us during the stay, however within 15-20 mins they drove down keys to give to us, so it wasn't terrible to hang out a the beach!

Amazing property
All was great!! Only complaint was parking… not enough. This would not be a problem of the property owner though. Island was just crowded being summer vacation. We loved it!
