We had a very comfortable stay for our large family. There was space for everybody, kitchen was well stocked, clean. It’s hard to tell from the photos, but the location is actually very beautiful near trees and a stream. We enjoyed using the barbecue, which worked well. To note, the only upstairs bathroom is an en suite with the master bedroom. So all upstairs guests have to enter that bedroom to use the restroom. The downstairs bathroom you can access independently. Lots of attention to detail and specific instructions. The host communicated well. Beds were firm memory foam. And that huge downstairs couch is super comfy and accommodated just about all of us to hang out, we loved it.

Excellent Stay in Sonora

Rented Igor's place for labor day weekend to celebrate a birthday with my family. Very well maintained house with plenty of entertainment and all the amenities needed for a larger group. Everything was in working order. Would highly recommend this place to anyone staying in the Sonora area.

Amazing place!

I booked this vacation home on VRBO and it was such a great location, large comfortable space, and an amazing area! Igor the property manager is very responsive and communicates very clearly upon checking in and checking out while being contactless. Included all appliances, 4 rooms with plenty of beds, 2 bathrooms, a huge Kitchen, backyard, and a smart TV that you can connect to. I’m so happy I found this place, my group enjoyed our stay and I would definitely recommend this place and would love it come back.

Lovely House, Perfect Location & Great Owner

We rent this house due to it's about 30-40 minutes driving to Dodge Ridge Mountain Resort for ski, snow board & tubing. We stayed this house for 3 nights and we really enjoyed it. The house is big and has all we need. The kitchen & the bathrooms are very new and clean. There is an individual coffee room in the kitchen, which is including a Nespresso machine, enough Nespresso capsules, sugar, creamer, cups, lids, sleeves, spices and so on. We enjoyed the wonderful coffee time every morning when we waked up during our stay. The sockets in the kitchen are even with protectors, which is very safe for little kids. We're so glad the kitchen has all the supplies for our cooking. I have to mention the kids were so happy with the two swings at the backyard, also one swing in the upstairs room is a plus. The house location is pretty nice since it's only about 7-8 minutes driving to downtown. It's very easy to find CVS, Safeway, Walmart, as well as a lot of restaurants nearby. We tried a restaurant Emberz about 9 minutes driving only and the food is super delicious. Also it's very convenient to go to Pinecrest Lake or Dodge Ridge Mountain Resort Last but not the least, the owner is super nice and always respond the messages promptly. We're so satisfied with our stay in this fantastic house during the President's Day long weekend and we hope we can have a chance to come back again in summer or winter when we visit the Pinecrest Lake next time!

Perfect getaway

The house was absolutely beautiful, modern, clean, and very spacious. The beds were very comfortable and we enjoyed watching movies on the big sofa. The kitchen has new appliances and had everything we needed The house is close to downtown Sonora and 30 mins away from Dodge Ridge and snow park. The host was very responsive and pleasure to deal with. We are planning to be back.

Spacious, clean, convenient

We had a great stay at this home. It seemed like it was just fully remodeled with all new appliances and most importantly very clean. Our group included four adults and three kids and there was plenty of room for everyone, the floor plan allows for privacy when needed. It was also a treat watching movies in the evening on the big screen and a very comfortable (huge) sofa. The kitchen was perfect for cooking large family dinners and the bbq worked flawlessly. The house is close to the town and it was our base to go skiing at dodge ridge which is about 35 minutes away without traffic. Loved the pingpong table in the garage. We'll definitely be back, seems like a great location for the summer months as well with lakes/reservoirs nearby.

Good Stopping point before hitting up the Snow

The house is located in Sonora and close to grocery stores and restaurants. It's right off the highway and you don't have to go through a maze to get to the house. The house is spacious but has a weird flow to it. The house is unfinished. There is a bathroom downstairs next to the laundry room. The big tub in there is awkward to use. The stairs in the house are not finished and a bit of a hazard. The closets are unfished. Upstairs, there is one bathroom and it is located inside the master bedroom. There are two additional rooms upstairs so that means if you are using the other two bedroom upstairs, you have to go downstairs to use the bathroom. The kitchen and the living room is the nicest part of the house. Bathrooms and bedrooms just seems unfinished. The height of the sinks are on the tall side. The sinks are all "above" the counter size so if you have kids, they will need a stool which we didn't find one in the house. Not bad for the price and the location. Hosts are very responsive which is a plus.
