Room for the family

We had another great week here. Enough room for our family to enjoy time together and apart. The cabin is well stocked and clean. The owners are easy to communicate with. We look forward to returning next year!

Fantastic Home for Colby College or Family Events

Book this house, you will not regret it! We rented this for our youngest daughter's Colby graduation. Amy is very responsive and so easy to deal with. While the pictures of the home look great on line, they do not do it justice. First of, it was spotless when we checked in. It is spacious and well laid out. The kitchen was equipped with anything you could need or want. There is a charming path down to the beach area where Amy had laid up wood for us in the firepit and there are lots of chairs to relax and listen to the loons calling. The screen porch would be ideal for families with kids to play after dark or in case of inclement weather. We didn't get to spend much time in the house as there were lots of grad activities, but the house is well stocked with books a, games and DVDs .We have had 2 kids go through Colby and have rented many houses over the years and hands down this was the best one! We'd go back in a heartbeat.

Exceptional camp on a secluded pond. The hosts went above and beyond making sure our family had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. Literally everything we could have hoped for in our stay was available on the property.

Great House

We went for a fall golf trip and needed a place close by to the golf course. This house was awesome and was perfect for our group. We golfed all day at nearby Belgrade Lakes (my favorite course ever) and then we went back to the house and fished off the dock, built a fire and had a great time. There were 8 of us in the group and we were very comfortable. The house was very clean and very enjoyable and had everything we needed. 10/10 weekend.

Girls Golf CMp

We are our annual trip in this was the nicest place we’ve stayed in, everything was top-of-the-line quality. How the pictures on her online are very accurate. Many times we’ve been surprised that nothing looks like the pictures. Had a couple questions for her, and she replied immediately. Would recommend this four bedroom house any group.

If you like loons

Wonderful place. Feels like you’re in the Maine woods. Nice to have canoe and kayaks and were easy to get in and out of water. All of us are in our 80’s and getting down to the lake was easy. The fire pit was really great too.

Treasured Family Time

This was our second trip to this lovely cabin with our extended family. Everyone felt right at home. We were very lucky to have beautiful weather for swimming and boating again. Renting a pontoon boat from the owners was definitely the highlight of this trip.

Relaxation Paradise

Perfect lake week

The house is spotless and well appointed with lots of room for everyone. We really appreciated the a/c and laundry. We spent lots of time by the lake, but when thunderstorms rolled through, the roomy screened porches were a wonderful bonus. The hosts were thoughtful and generous. We look forward to staying again next year!

Fishing Trip

Amy is a great host she has made sure you have a clean location with all the amenities. The house had everything and it is very well appointed. Very scenic location. Very enjoy to sit by the fire pit at the water and enjoy.

Amazing lakefront retreat!

My family and I loved our stay at this immaculate property. The house was comfortable for our group of 5 and incredibly well-appointed with everything one could think of for cooking and relaxing as a family. Lots of little details for smaller kids too! We loved sitting by the lake and listening to the loons, especially one who hung around so close to the dock, we felt like he was part of the family! We rented a jet ski from the property owners and explored the pond, and also took some of the kayaks out. The property owners were so friendly and communication was great. Overall, an amazing trip and we hope to return!

Quiet and private setting

This home is fully furnished and lacks nothing. The beds are comfortable, linens and towels clean and not worn/frayed/stained. Kitchenware was in newer condition. The lake is a beautiful setting. Although it is in a wooded area, the property is sprayed early in season and was not an issue. GPS took us right to address. Amy was a terrific host. I actually left my personal salt and pepper mill behind as another guest tucked it away in a cupboard and I missed it when packing. Amy was prompt to package it quite well and mail it back to VT rather quickly! Thank you for providing a special place for a great get-away!

Beautiful Cabin in a beautiful setting!

We celebrated our granddaughter's 1st birthday at the cabin. The cabin is beautiful, tastefully decorated and was thoughtfully stocked for our stay. We enjoyed time at the lake, even a little canoeing and smores! We would definitely come back.
