This house was perfect for our group of four. Plenty of very comfortable beds, clean and adequately stocked kitchen, convenient location and a beautiful park trail within 2 blocks. The only problem we had with this property is that most of the window screens were broken so mosquitos could get in ( we like fresh air)...but I conveyed this to the management and believe they will remedy it.We would definitely rent this place again.

We LOVED our stay! This neighborhood and area was perfect for walks and my runs (super close to Sligo Creek trail and parks along the creek), a very short walk to the red line and driving into DC & NoVA. We had so much fun visiting family and doing a ton of sightseeing! The only downside was too few towels for us, no beach towels, and no outdoor furniture, but these were minor things compared to all the great things!

Washington Weekend

This house worked well for our small group… 2 grandparents, 2 grandkids and their parents. The house was very clean with enough room for everybody. The short walk to the Metro station made traveling to DC very easy and an exciting trip for the grandkids. If we come back for a return trip with young kids we would probably bring a doorway gate to place at the top of the stairs between the dining room snd lower floor to keep young kids from accidentally tumbling down the stairs. We had no issues during our stay but having a child gate available at the house would work well for families with young kids. All in all it was a great weekend.

House is well appointed & comfortable. Only negative would be the size of the upstairs bathrooms. Other rooms are reasonable size. I'd definitely rent this place again.

Thanksgiving Stay

We enjoyed the house, the location was very convenient for us. The only negative was the hot water was not working in the master bathroom, and the 2 small sinks in the bathrooms were very hard to use. But overall it was a great stay!

Love our stay glad I found this property

If you’re looking for a great property in Silver Spring, you can stop now because you found it! I have stated a number of VRBO’s in the past and many of them are not accurate with their pictures. This one was right on. When they say this property can accommodate eight people it easily can.. With four bedrooms one with two twin beds and three with king size beds it was amazing. My family was in town for an event and we were looking for a property that was nearby all the activities and we stumble across this property. Very nice quiet neighborhood beautifully maintained property and wonderful space for the family to coexist together. It was great that this property has three bathrooms with two walk-in showers. Not to mention the basement it has a wonderful bedroom with its own bathroom. Since my mom is older, this was really important as well as my sister wanting her own space to work while she was there.. We feel very lucky that we were able to stay here and look forward to our next visit. We will definitely stay here again.

Located near the interstate highway, which is great. Comes with a parking space. Just the air conditioner is not very cold, and it might have been hotter in the summer.

Family Gathering for Funeral

This was a great house very nice roomy for me and my family close enough to the family house and central to a lot of things will definitely be back and would love to rent again. Love the fact any questions and concerns the team got back with me with in at least an hour. Love it

It can be hard to find king size beds on the east coast and this place has 3 and 3 bathrooms, which was great. Everything was clean and in good working order.

Perfect Location

This house was perfectly situated - had tons of room and was exactly what we expected from the pictures. The home was well stocked, well maintained and provided enough room for our family to get ready for different events and not feel cramped or pressed for time because there are 3 full bathrooms. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property to any of our friends.

Very nice stay

We booked this place because it was a ranch and there were bedrooms on the first floor. It’s nothing fancy, but the place was nice and clean which is the most important thing to us. The neighborhood was nicer than I expected based on the pictures. That was a relief as I was a bit worried that the area would be sketchy. The next time I visit with my family I will stay there.

Never again!

Beds were great. If you stayed down stairs you needed the heat raised on the main floor do then you were very hot there. Hoe do you only have 6 chairs when you say it can sleep 8, we had 7 and we brought a chair from home because I could not believe the lack of places to sit.

This property delivered as promised! Clean linens, newly updated kitchen, and plenty of room to spread out on both floors. This location is subway friendly, with an easy walk to the Forest Glen station on the Red Line for a short commute to downtown. Quiet neighborhood with ease of location off major roads!
