We had noisy neighbors the first two nights of our tree night stay...staff took action to quiet them. The breakfasts were very good, excellent coffee, older building, but clean. Staff was friendly and accommodating. TV was great. We will definitely stay here again.

The bathroom did not have enough toilet paper. I had to go downstairs and request some more. The train running all night did not help me sleep any better. Very basic accommodations. The staff did grant my request for more items for breakfast when the selections ran out such as coffee and biscuits.

The stay was ok for what we paid. The pool was not warm, and our AC only half worked. We figured out that we had to unplug it and re-plug it in to get it working. They did offer to move our room but we were leaving the next day. The breakfast was the same both days and ok but very basic.

Nothing special. Seemed dark and smelly. Stains on pillow cases. Hairs in bathtub on arrival. No room service as I assumed in a two night stay they would make bed and exchange towels while we were away but never happened. Staff were very friendly and efficient at check in.
