Male staff polite female staff tude. Reserved handicap room and didnt get it and staff said it was but just because a wheelchair can fit in room doesnt make it handicapped, shower was for regular people not handicapped.

I reserved a nonsmoking room but was given a smoking room. Asked for a change but had to go through Expedia to change. Gave out all similar nonsmoking rooms while trying to change (30minutes). The nonsmoking room had a smell of smoke to it but it at least didn't have an ashtray in it.

Hotel had spiders everywhere Air conditioner smelled like someone urinated in it. Was sick for two days so I didn’t pay attention until I felt better. Stayed one week and left a day earlier. Will never go there again.
